Making Origami Plants From Plants Vs Zombies
I have made some lovely Plants vs. Zombies origami from coloring pages. To help other children make these models themselves, I will guide you step by step!
You can print or draw your favorite children’s characters. After coloring, cut out each part of the character: body, leaves, head, arms, legs. Cut the straw into 10-12cm long pieces, depending on the model size. Use scissors to cut a line along the length of the straw, then roll it up to create the shape of a tree trunk.
Now use glue to stick the character’s head, arms, and legs onto the tree trunk. Use toothpicks to secure the parts firmly. Fold the edges of the paper to create a flat and natural shape for the model. Cut out leaf shapes from green paper and fold the leaves to create a natural curve.
And that’s it! You should encourage children to do it together to increase excitement and connection.

Creating A Plant Vs Zombies Game
Instead of regular A4 paper, use cardboard to make the parts of the model more sturdy. After coloring, cut out the shape of the peashooter as you like, making sure the mouth is wide enough to shoot the peas out. Cut a small circle as the tongue and stick it inside the mouth.
The small piece of cardboard will act as a fork to hold the peas. Stick this piece of cardboard into the mouth of the peashooter, leaving a small gap for the peas to shoot out.
Thread the elastic band through the cardboard and stretch it. Attach one end of the elastic band to the cardboard, and thread the other end through a small hole at the back of the peashooter.
The final result will be very surprising! Let’s shoot peas at zombies to protect the vegetable garden!
