During the Warring States period of ancient China (476-211 BC), the war caused countless catastrophic things that caused many people to lose their families and loved ones, among them two boys, Shin and Hyou of the Qin kingdom.
The two boys dream of one day proving their abilities on the battlefield. However, one day, Hyou gets a state ambassador brought to the palace. Returning from the bloody war, Hyou returned to the village in a half-dead condition. During this time, Shin meets someone who looks a lot like Hyou, Ei Sei. Shin is currently the king of Qin.
