In the film, two 4th graders, George Beard and Harold Hutchins hypnotize their mean headmaster, Mr. Krupp, into thinking he is Captain Underpants, a crime-fighting superhero wearing only his clothes, undershirt, and cape, thinking he has superpowers. Later, Krupp also possessed superhuman strength, endurance, and the ability to fly thanks to drinking the “Super Strength Juice.”
